I do not see my size available?

  •  If you do not see your size, please add it at checkout under ORDER SPECIAL INSTUCTIONS. Processing time for this may be longer than usual as we will order your size specifically for you before printing.
  • As we grow, we will get a better understanding of what our customers' needs are and will hold as many sizes as possible in the meantime.

My discount code doesn't work?

  • Check out will only permit one code to be applied to your cart.
  • The promo code will not be applied to any sale items in your cart.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

  • We cannot promise we can accommodate this request as all orders are processed on made-to-order basis.
  • If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please contact us at ruggedattitude@gmail.com with your order number and details on the change.

I haven't received anything since my confirmation email?

  • During processing, you will not receive any emails or updates regarding your order until your order is ready and is sent to your chosen carrier.

I received my tracking number but there is no tracking information?

  • Once you receive your tracking number, it may take 1-3 days for your tracking location to update.
  • Tracking is not available on sticker orders unless they are added to a larger order like with apparel.

What is the best way to contact if there is an issue with my order?

  • We do not respond to order inquiries on our social media accounts.

What is the return or exchange policy?

  • Buyer can return or exchange an item
  • You must notify us within 7 days of any issues with the items you receive.
  • Buyer must return the item within 30 days of delivery
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
